The 275 GTB version with 4 camshafts was unveiled at the 1966 Paris Motor Show. The streamlined design of the Ferrari 275 GTB/4 was created by Pininfarina.
The bodies were all made by hand at the Scaglietti bodyshop in Modena, normally using sheet steel with aluminium doors and hoods.
One of its key distinctive style features is the subtle central bulge that runs lengthwise all the way down the hood.
Ferrari also produced a special 275 GTB/4 Spider NART version with a folding soft top. Just 10 models were made for America, and they feature a 275 GTB/4 chassis with reduced 260hp power and a muscular profile.
